The Kazakh athlete brought the only medal in Beijing 2022, and now he has been handed the keys to a new home.

"To the bronze medalist of the 2022 Paralympic Games in Beijing, Alexander Gerlitz, the akim of the region @qumaraqsaqalov presented a certificate for 5 million tenge and the keys to the apartment," Novosti Petropavlovsk informs.

As for the monetary reward, Gerlitz secured his prize money following the performance in Beijing.
