Kazakh tennis player sets a personal record in the ATP rankings

34-year-old Kazakh tennis player Andrey Golubev will improve his position in the ATP world doubles ranking. Now the experienced athlete will rise to 25th place in the world rankings, the correspondent of bbabo.net reports.

Golubev secured a two-place climb with a successful performance at the major ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Indian Wells (California, USA). At these competitions, the Kazakhstani played in tandem with the third racket of the world in singles by the German Alexander Zverev.

As a result, the duet of Golubev and Zverev reached the semi-finals of the tournament.

Note that the changes will be officially reflected in the rating on Monday, March 21. Golubev is the only Kazakhstani in the top 50 doubles world rankings.
