21-year-old UFC debutant Muhammad Mokaev (7-0-1) had his first fight in the famous MMA promotion. A promising flyweight fighter opened the card of the UFC Fight Night 204 tournament in London, bbabo.net reports.

Mokaev, representing Great Britain, was challenged by 30-year-old American Cody Durden (12-4-1). The confrontation ended with the victory of a native of Dagestan with a choke held in the very first minute of the battle.

For Muhammad, this is the seventh victory in his professional career in the absence of defeats. As for Durden, he fought his fourth fight in the UFC, suffering his second loss in the league.

Recall that earlier Mokaev said he wants to become the youngest champion in UFC history. A few years ago, Muhammad made a promise to promotion president Dana White that he would soon get into the best league in the world. Note that Kazakhstani fighter Zhalgas Zhumagulov (14-6) is in the same weight category.
