Kazakh fighter Muratbek Kasymbay (11-4) almost lost his sight due to a new strain of coronavirus "omicron". This was announced in his Telegram channel by Russian MMA journalist and insider Igor Lazorin.

“Muratbek Kasymbay got in touch. Do you remember him? It turns out that he was ill with Omicron and almost lost his sight. Now he is undergoing a rehabilitation course,” writes Lazorin.
