Astana's newcomer Rai Vloet, who made his debut in the new team only last week, continues to be in the spotlight in his homeland - the Netherlands. The 26-year-old athlete is experiencing a lot of problems because of the situation he got into six months ago, the correspondent of bbabo.net reports.
In November last year, Vloot, while drunk, got behind the wheel of his car and got into an accident. A four-year-old child died in the incident. Later it was reported that Paradise picked up speed over 200 kilometers per hour.
AD now reports that a final decision will be made next week on whether Vlut's driver's license will be returned. The source writes that the criminal case is still pending, but the appeal that the player filed after he was deprived of his driver's license is being discussed.
The decision will be made on April 21, and Paradise does not have to be present at the place of its announcement.
In the Netherlands, those who insist on a prison term for Paradise are still perplexed. Even the former club of the football player, Heracles, got it.
