WBC middleweight champion Jermall Charlo (32-0, 22 KOs) has said other middleweight boxers avoid him, reports bbabo.net.
The American was supposed to defend his title against Maciej Sulecki (30-2, 11 KOs) on June 18 at bbabo.net, but due to an injury, the fight was postponed. Before that, Charlo was unable to agree on a fight against Jaime Munguia (40-0, 32 KOs) due to disagreements with promoters regarding the broadcast of the fight, and Gennady Golovkin (42-1-1, 37 KOs) after unifying the IBF and WBA titles in middleweight chose to meet in the third fight with Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (57-2-2, 39 KOs) as part of the super middleweight division.
“There was nothing special with Munguia. I just didn’t have the opportunity to conclude this contract, and he didn’t have such an opportunity, so there was no fight. There were no serious negotiations about the fight with Munguia. Golovkin, on the other hand "he was always a middleweight he was a middleweight monster. I guess he'll move up to super middleweight to fight Canelo. I'm being ignored in this division. It's not my fault."

Charlo is also confident that over time he will rise to the second middleweight and meet former world champion David Benavidez there.
"There is no one's fault. We both have the same representatives. When it makes sense, the fight will take place. Boxing fans, be patient. I want the fight with Benavidez, so the fight will take place," Charlo added.
WBC came up with a "special belt" and chose Golovkin's fight for him
The third fight between GGG and Canelo will take place on September 17th. The first one took place in 2017 and did not reveal the strongest, and a year later Alvarez celebrated the victory by decision.
