Golovkin disappointed in Canelo and explained why

WBA Super, IBF and IBO world middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin (42-1-1, 37 KOs) from Kazakhstan criticized the behavior of the Mexican Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (57-2-2, 39 KOs) before their third fight, reports correspondent bbabo.net.

"It's not difficult for me to bbabo.net behave the way I do, because this is my normal behavior. I am the way I am. I just didn't take their bait. I'm not the one who will call myself the best, I never do that. It's probably because of my upbringing or personality, but when you see a person behave in this way, it's just disappointing.

I am always confident in myself, my work and my approach. We both have amazing skills and know a lot about boxing. I believe that the key to winning this fight will be the right strategy.

I am very happy that this fight will take place now and not after my retirement. I'm sure it will be a great fight. We will put on a great show for our fans. I am motivated and it will be an exciting fight," Golovkin said in an interview with TalkSport.

The Golovkin-Canelo Trilogy will take place on September 17 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, where their previous two fights took place. The first ended in a draw, and the second ended in a minimal victory for the Mexican.
