Kazakhstani Abzal Kuttybekov won gold at the international tournament Elorda Cup, which was held in Nur-Sultan, bbabo.net correspondent reports.

Kuttybekov, who competes in the category up to 86 kilograms, won the Cuban Yainier Aereo (3:2) in the final by a separate decision of the judges.

The Kazakhstani was in the lead after two rounds, but was knocked down in the final three minutes. This allowed the Cuban to win the round, but Kuttybekov won on points in the battle for gold.

Let us add that Temirtas Zhusupov (up to 48), Saken Bibosynov (up to 51), Serik Temirzhanov (up to 57) and Aslanbek Shymbergenov (up to 71) became the winners of the tournament earlier.
