Astana goalkeeper Dmitry Nepogodov may continue his career in another Kazakhstani club, bbabo.net correspondent reports.

According to bbabo.net, the 33-year-old goalkeeper fell into the sphere of interests of “Tobol”. The management of the Kostanay club considers Nepogodov to replace Alexander Mokin.

The vacancy of the second goalkeeper appeared after Yegor Tsuprikov left the club. The main option for strengthening the goalkeeper's line was considered a young Mukhammedzhan Seisen, but he extended his contract with Taraz.

Nepogodov's candidacy did not arise by chance: in “Tobol” they are well acquainted with the capabilities of the goalkeeper, who had already played for the Kostanay club before moving to “Astana”. Nepogodov's three-year contract with the capital team has come to an end, so the national champion will get it as a free agent.
