He will tell you what exercises can be performed on a particular apparatus, analyze the load and give recommendations on how to optimize it, - explained the head of the regional department of physical culture and sports Mikhail Belousov.
In addition to smart sports equipment, each playground includes a mini-football field measuring 30x60 meters, a 100-meter treadmill with an injury-resistant polyurethane coating, a universal playground for basketball and volleyball, changing rooms for athletes and a tribune with 100 seats for spectators.
QR codes and a program for the phone, thanks to which sports complexes have received the status of smart, will not only build a training program, but also warn athletes if a full house suddenly happens on the simulators or, for example, the football field is currently occupied. The sites are claimed by the cities of Kirsanov and Uvarovo, as well as the Tambov region.
