Russia - Pop stars shared recipes for their favorite dishes in their student years

Russia (bbabo.net), - Pirozhki, pelmeni, pasta with sausage and a chicory drink - for the Day of Russian Students, which is celebrated today, popular musicians told what they ate during their studies.

SberMarket has calculated how much these dishes cost today, and SberZvuk has prepared a playlist with memories and tracks of the project participants.

Baton with sausage

Singer and composer Maxim Leonidov associates his student years with the song "Privet". Her musician wrote together with classmate Dmitry Rubin in the first year of the theater institute.

Maxim lived with his parents, so he ate homemade food for breakfast. And during the day I would have a snack with a loaf of sausage or go to a pie shop. There, surrogate coffee was poured from a huge barrel with a ladle.

- This burda - chicory with condensed milk - was sweet and had nothing to do with coffee. And to him was taken a pie with meat and a juicer - a cake with baked cottage cheese. If there was more money, then you could go to the Volkhov restaurant not far from the theater institute and eat a roast - roast meat in a pot. But it was a festive meal, - Maxim Leonidov recalls.

A chicory drink with condensed milk can be prepared at home - a large portion will cost 140 rubles.

Soup with sausages

Musician Dmitry Fomin studied at the medical institute at the faculty of pediatrics. His most vivid impressions of that time were associated with winter pairs in anatomy.

- Classes were held in poorly heated almost stone boxes. A terrible smell of formalin, human remains that have almost become unusable, - says Fomin. - Hunger is not an aunt, two hours later I wanted to eat. We went down to the dining room, took three-in-one coffee in plastic cups and a cheesecake. And now you have tweezers in one hand in a glove, tears from your eyes, a strong smell of formalin, and in the other hand you have a cup of coffee, and you bite the roll.

Fomin shared a recipe for a "relatively tasty" soup that took him exactly a minute to prepare. At the wholesale market, the student bought packaged sausages, frozen vegetables, and bouillon cubes. As of January 2022, a serving of ingredients for such an explosive mixture costs 303 rubles.

Macaroni and sausages with ketchup (sometimes under melted cheese) were the basis of the menu for the future singer MIA BOYKA. Today, a portion of sausages costs less than 200 rubles.

Solyanka or better away

Dmitry Mozzhukhin, the soloist of the group "Give me a tank (!)" lived in a block-type hostel during his studies. According to him, the kitchen "was alone on the floor and should not be left during cooking, because the food could disappear along with the dishes."

Mozzhukhin tried to master the recipe for fried potatoes, with which his father once conquered his future wife. But then he realized that it was more convenient "to be not a conqueror, but a conquered one," and began to eat exclusively at a party.

LASCALA vocalist Anya Green studied at the Faculty of History and Philology and for the first two years ate "student hodgepodge". Today, the ingredients for it can be bought for 230 rubles.

- In the market, take a head of cabbage, stew, add potatoes (one or two, I have never had more), the cheapest grilled sausages. And the main touch at the end - add ketchup to the vat, a whole bag. At first it cost 11 rubles, and then 13, - Anya shared the recipe. - By the end of the second course, cheese was added to this hodgepodge, and then bread. When I was able to earn extra money and give English lessons, lazy cabbage rolls and okroshka appeared in my life.
