Actor, producer, director and author of the “like this” meme Alexander Nevsky plans to make a film adaptation of the popular humorous shooter Serious Sam (“Cool Sam”).

Alexander announced this Twitter. Obviously, he wants to play the lead role.

“Watching the tin and negativity that is overflowing with international and Russian media, I understand that it is time to return to the development of the film #serioussam (or - #krutoynevsky)) and add some positive!” he wrote, adding that he had discussed the project with international distributors at the EFM film market.

When the movie will be released is unknown.

Serious Sam is a series of shooter video games with a brutal and charismatic protagonist. The latest Serious Sam game to date came out in 2020.

Earlier, Alexander Nevsky announced that he would shoot a new action film "Furious Attack".
