Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin addressed the family and friends of the deceased People's Artist of Russia Boris Nevzorov.

The funeral telegram was published on the government website. “Boris Georgievich Nevzorov, a bright, talented, completely unique actor, has passed away. This is a tragic loss for Russian culture, for theatre, for family and friends, for all of us,” writes Mishustin.

Mishustin noted that Nevzorov created many different images in the cinema, but theater has always been the main thing in his life. “Dramas and comedies, love and hate, the audience experienced together with his characters. And each time they felt that he was telling the story of their life, feelings and experiences, ”the prime minister wrote, offering condolences to the artist’s relatives.

Boris Nevzorov died on February 19, 2022 at the age of 73 after being on a ventilator for a week. The artist has more than a hundred roles in films and TV series, among the most famous are Ivan Ryabov in the historical film "Young Russia", Fedotov in the social drama "Fool", school director Boris Ivanovich in the youth telenovela "Simple Truths" and investigator Konstantin Olshansky in the detective series "Kamenskaya".

On February 24, Nevzorov was buried near the graves of Uspensky and Ruslanova.
