Snoop Dogg remembers how Queen Elizabeth saved him from deportation

Rapper Snoop Dogg has told how in 1994 they wanted to deport him from the UK while on tour because of murder charges, writes Independent.

“Do you know who stood up for me? Queen. The Queen said: “This man has done nothing criminal in our country. He can come to us,” recalled Snoop Dogg.

In 1993, the rapper was accused of murder. According to the musician, the UK media launched a campaign against him because of the investigation into this case. The rapper admitted that he saw an article about himself with the headline: "Get that evil bastard out of here." However, the charges against Snoop Dogg were dropped in 1996.

Previously, Snoop Dogg bought out the music label that launched his career.
