According to the new report, published as part of the 4th Grant Thornton Entrepreneur Forum, the total value of Polish exports has increased by 2096 percent during the past 25 years. This increase is one of the country’s greatest achievements since the fall of communism.

“Up until 1989, the Polish state effectively sharpened the inner aspirations of every citizen who had in him even the smallest ounce of interest for entrepreneurship”, said Tomasz Wroblewski, Managing Partner of Grant Thornton in Poland. “We are now expecting to see two positive trends emerge ... On one hand the global market is going to become pretty solid and on the other, Polish companies will continue to increase their presence”.
