Russia (bbabo.net), Mos.ru e-services were used more than 472 million times in 2021. In total, more than 380 online services are available to citizens, said Moscow Deputy Mayor Natalya Sergunina. With their help, citizens can solve almost any issue: pay for housing and communal services, enroll a child in a creative circle or sports section, apply for a subsidy for business, and much more.

"In 2021, Moscow's digital ecosystem turned 10 years old. City online services are constantly evolving and becoming more in demand. Last year, the capabilities of the mos.ru portal were used over 472 million times. This is 65 million more than in 2020 ", - said Sergunina.

Moscow was the first in Russia to start providing public services online. Last December, the city's digital ecosystem won the Runet Prize in the State and Society nomination. At this stage, it includes more than 10 online resources that solve different problems.

In the fall of 2021, we developed the "Removal of unnecessary things" service. With its help, residents can get rid of large equipment, heavy metal objects and even old cars. The service is already popular: in the first month of operation, Muscovites submitted more than 1,700 applications through the mos.ru portal.

Since last year, mos.ru has also been used to make an appointment with a notary, book books in city libraries and issue a single library card, and submit information about checking meters.

The super service "Assistance with moving within the framework of the renovation program" continues to develop. Muscovites who move to new apartments can now call movers online and free of charge, sign up for an inspection of the proposed apartment, conclude an agreement and an appointment with a notary, as well as apply for the elimination of construction defects and upload documents.

Most often in 2021, Muscovites used the services "Electronic Diary of a Schoolchild" (more than 157.1 million hits), "Receiving readings from water and heat meters" (more than 64.3 million hits), "Viewing information about attendance and meals at school, kindergarten, college" (more than 41 million hits), "Obtaining information from an electronic medical record" (more than 38.2 million hits), "Doctor's appointment" (including rescheduling and canceling an appointment, making an appointment for vaccination and diagnosis of COVID- 19, more than 59.3 million hits), "Receiving and paying for a single payment document" (more than 13.5 million hits).

“One of the most popular online services among citizens is social services. Most often in 2021, Muscovites looked at their child’s school grades, attendance and homework, used an electronic medical record, made an appointment with a doctor. We pay special attention to the development of functionality in these areas In the conditions of a modern metropolis, it is very convenient that these services, relating to the most important aspects of our life, are always at hand and the time saved with their help can be spent communicating with loved ones," said Elena Shinkaruk, Chairman of the Moscow Public Services Committee.
