Sber has become one of the three strongest banking brands in the world. The Banking 500 2022 report by the international consulting company Brand Finance showed that Sber is third in terms of Brand Strength, with 92.3 points out of 100 possible. Sber also received the highest AAA+ rating.

Over the past year, Sber has risen by 9 points in the Brand Value ranking. Brand Finance valued the country's bank and ecosystem at $12.8 billion, up 36% from a year earlier. Thus, Sber took 20th place in the ranking of the most expensive banking brands in the world, and a year earlier, the bank ranked 29th.

It is worth noting that earlier Sber was ahead of Ferrari in the ranking of the strongest brands in Europe (according to the Global 500 2022 report). Also, at the end of 2021, Sber retained the status of the most expensive and strongest brand in Russia.
