Russia - Medcluster in Skolkovo is being built with the help of a robotic dog

Russia (bbabo.net), - New objects of the international medical cluster in Skolkovo for the first time in Moscow began to be built with the help of a robotic dog. As Rafik Zagrutdinov, head of the construction department of the capital, said, the dog can easily do the work of living specialists.

As already mentioned, robot dogs, due to their flexibility and maneuverability, are able to perform a variety of tasks at industrial facilities. For example, on railways abroad, electronic dogs monitor the integrity of the rails and, if necessary, signal that the structures need repairs. So in Skolkovo, the robotic dog in the construction hierarchy is almost higher than the usual hard worker. On the dog, you can attach equipment, such as cameras or lidars, by which you can navigate in space. With the help of this equipment, the dog captures the so-called point cloud. That is, fixes parts of the object at given points.

Moves both with the help of the remote control and autonomously. Without recharging, it can work up to four hours, and the robot’s eye will definitely not blur. All the footage can then be compared with a three-dimensional model of the building and see if there are any deviations. "So far, this is an experiment. Let's see how it will work," Rafik Zagrutdinov was cautious in his forecasts. "If everything goes well, we will extend the experience to other construction sites." So far, these technologies are not used everywhere, even in Moscow.

Medcluster in Skolkovo is the flagship in this regard. For example, here engineers no longer deal with papers at all. You will not find even watchmen with account books "arrived - departed" here. All workers are listed in the database and can pass through the turnstile using FaceID, that is, the camera must recognize the face. And instead of paper drawings, there are exclusively electronic ones. With the help of applications, building materials are accepted, each drawing corresponds to QR codes. You can always check whether the document is up-to-date or not.

All this, according to Rafik Zagrutdinov, will help to significantly speed up the construction of the cluster. Let me remind you that in the near future a global international medical center will appear in Skolkovo, which will operate on special conditions. Leading clinics of the world will be able to work in it according to their own treatment protocols and with their own drugs that are not registered in Russia. At present, the units of the Israeli clinic Hadassah are already successfully operating here. In total, there are expected to be more than 30 partners from abroad. “We think that the international situation will not affect this,” said Rafik Zagrutdinov. “After all, medicine in this case is sacred.”

In particular, the so-called medical mall will be completed by the end of this year. Various laboratories, warehouses and a set of equipment in it are intended for dozens of medical organizations. Agreements have already been signed with a number of resident clinics, negotiations are underway with leading medical organizations in Austria, Italy, Spain, Turkey and Switzerland. Thus, Moscow can become one of the centers of world medical tourism as early as 2023: it is expected that it is then that the world's best clinics will begin to settle in it. Russians, who today are forced to travel abroad for treatment, will not need to spend money on such long trips - the best clinics in the world will come to them themselves.
