Moldova (bbabo.net), - The Chinese Embassy in Chisinau intensifies cooperation with the Moldovan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) to promote trade, economic and investment cooperation between the two states. Such an agreement was reached the day before during the meeting of the head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergey Khary with the new Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Moldova Yan Wenbin, which was held via videoconference, infotag.md reports.

The parties also discussed the prospects for cooperation between China and Moldova in the field of agriculture and processing of agricultural products, infrastructure construction and the development of green energy. The importance of attracting investments in various sectors of the national economy, promoting exports and the need to organize a Moldovan-Chinese forum this year were discussed.

In addition, the interlocutors exchanged views on the progress of the negotiation process on the conclusion of a Free Trade Agreement between the two countries.

"China is an important partner with which Moldova wants to further develop strong relations of cooperation and friendship for the benefit of the citizens of both states," Harea stressed.

Yang Wenbin highly appreciated the work of the CCI, expressing confidence that bilateral cooperation will deepen.
