Russia (bbabo.net), - A new model of a polyclinic and a hospital is being introduced in Novosibirsk healthcare, designed to create comfortable conditions for residents and medical staff. The new approach is being implemented on the basis of the Central City Hospital (CCH) of Berdsk.
As Elena Aksenova, Deputy Minister of Health of the Novosibirsk Region, noted, the work has been strengthened by the supply of modern digital equipment under the Healthcare national project.
- When planning the implementation of national projects, the government of the Novosibirsk Region and the regional Ministry of Health paid special attention to the health care of Berdsk. We understand that this is a large municipality and its residents should receive the maximum specialized assistance and all types of diagnostics directly in the city,” the Deputy Minister noted.
The department reported that a road map had been developed, the Central City Hospital was participating in almost all areas of the national project, in the program for the modernization of the primary link.
Over the past few years, a significant amount of work has been carried out in Berdsk to reconstruct the Central City Hospital complex. Overhaul of two children's polyclinic departments, the polyclinic building was carried out, dental care was modernized. Two gasifiers were installed for the centralized oxygen supply system in the infectious diseases hospital and in the surgical building. The Center for Outpatient Cancer Care (CAOP) has recently started its work - Governor Andrei Travnikov got acquainted with its capabilities on the first working days of the new year.
Thanks to the opening of the CAOP in Berdsk this year, for the first time, its own MRI machine and other modern equipment appeared, which can also be used for the needs of a hospital.
Alla Drobinskaya, chief physician of the Central Regional Hospital of Berdsk, noted that with the creation of the CAOP, the tasks of strengthening human resources were solved. Interaction has been established with schools, a medical college, there are "targeted" people who will have to return to Berdsk. The CAOP has hired new employees.
As an example of comprehensive modernization, Elena Aksenova named the work of the dental department of the Berdsk city hospital. It has been renovated, the department has been completely re-equipped with modern equipment, the staff has been completed, and a number of specialists came from private clinics. The system for making an appointment has been revised: now you can make an appointment with a doctor remotely, and with urgent cases, appointments are made the same day.
The Deputy Minister said that the staff of the Central City Hospital is faced with the task of developing primary medical care, changing approaches to providing therapeutic care and pre-registration.
