According to the publication, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for European Integration Anatoly Petrenko expressed confidence that the assistance provided by London "will strengthen the defense capabilities of Ukraine" and will be used "exclusively for defense purposes."

Petrenko also thanked the "people and government" of the United Kingdom for their support and expressed "hope for further cooperation."
