Students-fighters of different working seasons after completing their studies at universities have the opportunity to find a job in an electric grid company, start their career with working professions - electricians, electricians and technicians.

In 2021, as part of the implementation of targeted training for students of higher educational institutions, 25 contracts for targeted training were concluded. In total, 105 target students study at partner universities.

In order to provide material incentives for students who have shown good results in their studies, as well as to further increase their interest in getting an education, PJSC Rosseti Yug pays corporate scholarships to targeted students twice a year. In 2021, 47 students received a corporate scholarship.

Based on the results of work with students in 2021, 70 graduates of specialized universities were employed by the company.
