1. Explain to the prosecutor's office how they managed to drive Moldovagaz into debt for hundreds of millions;

2. Explain how they negotiated and signed the 2006 gas contract and its appendices;

3. Explain how in 2019 their Government included in the protocol of the Joint Commission the recognition of debts on the left bank of the Dniester;

4. Explain how they accepted the debt to Factoring Finance, including over $270 million in fines;

5. Explain how Moldovagaz shares were sold to Gazprom;

6. Explain how they robbed Moldovagaz through state representatives and intermediaries and enriched themselves over the years;

7. Let them explain the negligence in the service for 30 years in various leadership positions: why do we have no gas reserves, why do we have no alternative sources?

I can recommend several lawyers to help them write this self-denunciation. And I promise people that we will complete the audit of the debt and provide all the opinions on these issues. The country should know the “heroes” of the past,” Spinu said.
