“Russian President Vladimir Putin held a working meeting in Moscow with the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov. Ramzan Kadyrov reported on the socio-economic situation in the Chechen Republic,” the publication says.

During the meeting, Kadyrov noted that the measures being taken in the region under the leadership of the president allow the republic to "maintain the pace of development in the difficult conditions of the coronavirus pandemic."

According to him, hospitals are fully provided with medicines, oxygen, protective equipment and beds. The demographic indicators of the region also maintain a positive trend.

Earlier, Kadyrov clarified the information on how much money from the Russian budget goes to the maintenance of Chechnya.
