Russia - A new green square will appear near the Savelovskaya transfer hub in Moscow

Russia (bbabo.net), - Specialists of the municipal economy complex will carry out landscaping of the territories near four transport hubs in Moscow. Vice Mayor Pyotr Biryukov told reporters the details.

According to the deputy mayor of the capital, the work will be carried out near the TPU "Savelovskaya" and "Severyanin-Rostokino" (SVAO), "Okruzhnaya" (on the border of the SAO and SVAO), "Rizhskaya" (on the border of the CAO and SVAO). In the adjacent territories, sidewalks will be put in order and the road surface will be updated, parking will be organized, storm sewers will be laid and additional rain grates will be installed. As expected, due to these works, heavy rains will not be able to flood the territories, including those near the Savelovskaya transfer hub.

The Moscow government said that to ensure the safety of pedestrians, about 500 street lamps and street lamps with energy-saving lamps will be installed. About 80 poles of contrasting lighting will appear near ground-based street crossings, so that at night the zebra itself and pedestrians on it are more visible to drivers.

Public transport passengers will be equipped with modern bus stop pavilions with wireless communication and charging slots.

“An important component of all capital improvement projects is landscaping. During the work, more than 100 trees and 800 shrubs will be planted near the transfer hub, the lawn area will be almost 56,000 square meters,” Biryukov emphasized. “Comfortable benches of various modifications will also appear.”

They will make convenient walking routes from residential buildings to the metro, update existing ones and equip new comfortable public spaces.

In the vicinity of the TPU "Savelovskaya" it is planned to improve the square on Skladochnaya Street, near the TPU "Severyanin-Rostokino" it is planned to organize new and upgrade existing sports and children's playgrounds.
