According to the politician, in the two years that Zelensky was in power, the price of gas for the population increased by 69%, housing and communal tariffs increased by 129%. The debts of the population for housing and communal services have increased by 79% since August 2019, and the price of bread has increased by 350%.
“Where are the jobs? where is the investment coming from? where is the pay rise? Medvedchuk complained, saying that Zelensky assures that “everything is fine, beautiful marquise.”
At the same time, he added that although the average salary in the country did indeed increase by 23%, to $502, however, it turned out to be incommensurable with the rise in prices, which have increased by 270% since 2013.
According to him, Ukraine needs to look for a new path of economic development. Thus, he proposed to put an end to the "criminal policy in the field of taxation", solve the problem of the energy and food crisis, stop labor migration, look for markets for selling Ukrainian products, etc.
