Russia (bbabo.net) - Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov, who recently ended up in the hospital, said he was feeling well and would soon be discharged. The politician stated this in comments to news agencies.

“Everything is fine, we are working, we are working, we are going through prophylaxis,” TASS quotes him. “I have my own reasons here, I had a difficult operation at one time.”

Therefore, Zyuganov, according to his own explanation, is forced to undergo medical examination and prevention. This is especially true in the context of an ongoing pandemic, the party leader believes.

When asked about suspected coronavirus, he answered in the negative.

Zyuganov added that he continues to work while in the hospital. According to the communist leader, he should be discharged from the Central Clinical Hospital in the coming days.

Earlier, the secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Sergei Obukhov, reported that Zyuganov was in the Central Clinical Hospital with signs of SARS, computed tomography showed no lung damage.
