"But I want to specifically note that the priority for us remains the issues of our national security, our state, the well-being and comfort of our people - namely our people," he stressed at a meeting on additional measures for the integration and adaptation of migrants in Russian society.

The processes of adaptation of migrants should be comfortable and safe both for them, "and for the host country, that is, for Russian society as a whole," the deputy head of the Security Council pointed out.
