Balbek believes that the Russian authorities will legally refuse to provide Kuleba with strategic information constituting a state secret. In addition, Russia can move troops on the territory of its own country as it wants.
“The Ukrainian diplomat will have to come to terms with the fact that inside the country we will move troops as we please,” Balbek concluded.
Earlier, Kuleba demanded from the Russian Federation within 48 hours a report on the areas of military activity and the number of military personnel on the border. Moreover, he needed not just numbers, but also information about specific types of weapons and military equipment.
