Russia (bbabo.net), - In the coming days, a warning descent of avalanches will be carried out on the mountain slopes in the Kamchatka Territory. The shelling will be carried out by a mortar unit of a separate marine brigade of troops and forces in the North-East of Russia. This was announced by the information support department of the press service of the Eastern Military District for the Pacific Fleet.

Preventive measures will be carried out at the request of the Kamchatka avalanche center in order to prevent emergencies at energy facilities and ensure the safety of local residents.

All last week a snow cyclone raged on the peninsula. The probability of avalanches exists in the mountainous regions of Ust-Bolsheretsky and Yelizovsky regions, in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, as well as on the slopes of the Kozelsky, Vilyuchinsky, Koryaksky and Avachinsky volcanoes.
