US senators urge Biden to share intelligence data with Ukraine

A group of U.S. senators of the U.S. Upper House Intelligence Select Committee sent a letter to President Joe Biden urging Ukraine to have the maximum possible access to U.S. intelligence data, explaining this by Moscow’s possible aggression against Kiev. This was announced by the chairman of the special committee, Mark Warner, on Twitter.

“Today, as Chairman of the Intelligence Committee, I wrote to the President of the United States with all our members, calling for the maximum exchange of intelligence with Ukraine. Russia's threats to Ukraine are a threat to democracies around the world, and we must do everything possible to support Ukraine at this critical moment, ”the senator writes.

The attached copy of the letter states that "Russia is the aggressor" and the United States should "arm Ukraine with the critical information" needed to protect it.

In recent months, statements have been made in the West, and in Kiev in particular, that Russia is allegedly preparing an “invasion” of Ukraine. In turn, the Kremlin has more than once directly denied any plans for an attack, and reports from Western media and officials about the preparation of an attack are called baseless and untrue.

At the same time, the Pentagon believes that Russia has not yet made final decisions on the situation around Ukraine. At the same time, the White House approved a plan to deploy US troops in Poland to organize the evacuation of US citizens from Ukraine.

The military armies of the United States in the coming days will begin to establish checkpoints and tent camps on the border between Poland and Ukraine.
