Russia (bbabo.net), - Chechenenergo JSC, controlled by Rosseti Severny Kavkaz, is implementing a program to reduce electricity losses in 10 settlements of the Shali district of Chechnya. The set of measures will reduce excess losses at the site and improve the reliability of power supply to more than 26 thousand consumers.

The "pioneers" of the project in the region were the city of Shali and the villages of Avtury, Mesker-Yurt, Chiri-Yurt, Agishty and Germenchuk.

Specialists have already installed 1.3 thousand poles in settlements, replaced four and installed six additional transformer substations. In addition, the operational teams stretched over 40 kilometers of self-supporting insulated wire.

Similar technical events will soon start in Belgatoy, Serzhen-Yurt, Agishty and Novye Atagi.

The program to reduce losses in the power grids of Chechenenergo JSC started in 2020. The implementation of the project became possible thanks to the agreement between the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov and the Ministry of Energy of Russia and PJSC Rosseti
