By simply googling the surname, you can easily find both a biography and a photo of Legasov in the search,” Sasha wrote on social networks Afanasyev, who noticed the mistake.

After that, the organizers of the "Engineers of the Future" forum, which will be held in the Tula region in the summer, also noticed it. They decided to decorate the house in Shakhtar just for it, there is a logo of the event on the plate.

Valery Legasov (1936-1988) was a member of the government commission to eliminate the consequences of the Chernobyl accident, one of the first to arrive at the disaster site and remained there when the rest of the commission members returned to Moscow. Legasov made a number of important decisions to prevent new explosions and informed the government of the USSR about the situation. The dose of radiation received by the scientist was four times higher than the permissible one and severely undermined his health. Two years later, Valery Alekseevich died. In 1996 he was awarded the title of Hero of Russia.
