Here's the latest story. Back in 2016, the bankruptcy trustee of a bankrupt enterprise managed to raise funds to pay wage arrears. Messages were sent to the addresses of former employees indicated in personnel documents. However, some of them never showed up for their money. Then, in order to fulfill the debt obligations, the bankruptcy trustee transferred this amount to the deposit of the Moscow notary Ekaterina Leksakova.

The notary, in turn, also notified the recipients of funds at the contacts indicated in the documents of the bankruptcy trustee. But the letters remained unreceived, and the phones did not answer.

As a result, the funds lay for the three years provided for by law and were supposed to replenish the treasury of the state. However, the notary decided not to give up, but to try again, including looking for a person in ways not provided for by official standards.

They searched for people in social networks and on the Internet in general, interviewed employees who received their salary, maybe they know a colleague. Requests were sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, USRN at the last address. Information about the search for creditors (that is, former employees who did not receive a salary) was posted on the website of the regional chamber. The established inheritance cases were also checked: if not the person himself, maybe at least his heirs could be found?

As a result, last year the notary managed to find and hand over a round sum to Nikolai N., a resident of the capital. The man had long since lost all hope of getting his old salary. But life has shown: in vain he is so. Anything can be lost except hope.

Now the notary Ekaterina Leksakova managed to find Sergey K. He is owed 180 thousand rubles from his former employer. The man said that before the bankruptcy of the company he worked in it for 6 years. He built underground communications in the capital. And finally, we can say that he did not work in vain.

Also now the notary has found another citizen - Alexey Pichugin. He is also waiting for money. And the notary even called him. But the man does not go to the dialogue yet, he is afraid of possible fraud.

When there is a debt, but the details of a person are unknown, by law the bankruptcy trustee is obliged to deposit money at the place of residence of this individual. Then the notary already searches for this person and gives him money," - explained Ilya Sofonov, a member of the commission of the Association of Lawyers of Russia on legal problems of insolvency (bankruptcy), an arbitration manager.

"One of the key achievements of the Program to date is the filling of almost all notary positions in hard-to-reach notary districts that have been empty for a long time.
