The center of the cyclone will be located in the west of Scandinavia, while its warm sector will spread to the northern capital of Russia. The air temperature will be 5-6 degrees higher than the long-term average.

In St. Petersburg on February 14, the air will warm up to +1 ... +3 degrees, in the Leningrad region its temperature will fluctuate from -2 to +3 degrees. The weather will remain cloudy with occasional sleet and rain.
