The Commander of the Territorial Defense Forces (STO) of Ukraine, Yuriy Galushkin, spoke on the air of the Ukraine 24 TV channel about the combat readiness of Ukrainian military personnel.

According to him, the staffing of the service station is currently about 70%, and the border brigades - 70-75%. In Ukraine, 29 brigades and 150 battalions are also being formed, in which military personnel will serve on a permanent basis.

Galushkin noted that these brigades and battalions will contain material and technical means, weapons, ammunition for assigned personnel.

“That is, they signed a reservist contract in these battalions and brigades. There may be about 130,000 such reservists in Ukraine,” Galushkin said, adding that 10,000 soldiers will serve in the service station on a permanent basis.

Earlier it was reported that on the morning of February 14, the United States delivered a new batch of ammunition to Ukraine on two planes.

Prior to this, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said that the West had provided Kiev with military assistance worth $1.5 billion.
