According to the decision of the operational headquarters, from February 14, the ban on the operation of children's centers and playrooms will be lifted in the region, provided that the premises are no more than half full. Employees of these establishments must have certificates of vaccination against coronavirus or past illness.

They also allowed the holding of competitions included in the Unified calendar plan of sports and recreational and sports events.

"Physical training and sports in open facilities will be carried out: by non-contact non-playing methods - with a load of no more than 50 percent of the total capacity, and by contact methods - subject to ensuring access control for adult visitors with a certificate of vaccination or a past disease," the report says. press service of the government of the republic.

Sports activities in indoor areas will be held under the condition that the premises are only half full. Computer clubs will also be able to operate subject to the same restrictions.

Schools, secondary specialized and higher educational institutions, with the exception of the Baikal State University, begin their work as usual. For now, the distance learning format will continue.

Organizations are allowed to resume receiving citizens.

Nightclubs remain closed for the time being, catering is still not allowed to hold entertainment events and banquets. Until February 21, cafes and restaurants will be able to work only until 23:00.
