The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation said that Russian and Belarusian Su-30cm fighters conducted joint border patrols as part of the Allied Resolve 2022 exercise. It is reported by Interfax.

“The crews of Su-30cm fighter jets of the Aerospace Forces of Russia and the Air Force of the Republic of Belarus, as part of the joint exercise “Allied Resolve-2022”, worked out the tasks of joint patrolling of the state border of the Union State,” the agency said in a statement.

The publication notes that the flights were carried out singly and in pairs in difficult meteorological conditions. The specialists worked out the interaction between the crews of the aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces and the Air Force of the Republic of Belarus when performing combat duty tasks.

Earlier, the Russian-Belarusian exercises "Allied Resolve - 2022" began in Belarus.

The exercises will take place at five Belarusian training grounds (Domanovsky, Gozhsky, Obuz-Lesnovsky, Brest and Osipovichsky) and in separate areas of the area. The maneuvers should last until 20 February. The number of military and weapons participating in the exercises is not disclosed.
