The National Security and Defense Council announced the number of deputies of the Rada who are abroad

Secretary of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov said that 23 deputies of the Verkhovna Rada are currently outside Ukraine.

Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky called on the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada who went abroad to return within 24 hours.

He also stressed that he considers the departure of diplomats of a number of countries to Western Ukraine erroneous.

“There is Ukraine, and it is whole. Therefore, if, God forbid, there is something, it will be everywhere,” the Ukrainian leader said.

Against the background of the aggravation of the political situation, a number of countries called on their fellow citizens and diplomats to leave Ukraine. The situation is fueled by the Western media, publishing diagrams and maps of the alleged Russian “invasion” of Ukraine, as well as naming specific dates for a full-scale “invasion”. So, a few days ago, Bloomberg reported that the “Russian invasion” would take place on February 15, and Politico sources informed that US President Joe Biden, during a conversation with the leaders of allied countries, said that Russia could allegedly attack Ukraine on February 16. The Pentagon did not provide evidence of this.
