The program started on September 1, 2021, it involves the registration of ownership of unregistered real estate objects according to a simplified scheme, recalled Elena Peregudova, head of the Rosreestr department in the Voronezh region:
- People who have used their garages conscientiously for many years have been able to register ownership without the complicated procedures required by land law. However, this can only be done until September 1, 2026.
The most relevant relief for the residents of Voronezh. It applies to permanent garages built before December 31, 2004. Capital - that is, made of bricks, concrete slabs or other "solid" materials, having walls and a roof, firmly connected to the ground (for example, a foundation) and connected to engineering networks. At the same time, the land on which the garage stands must be provided or transferred to a person by any organization (in particular, the employer) or otherwise allocated to him for the placement of the garage. Also, the site can be formed from the territory provided by the GSK, or distributed to a citizen by the decision of the general meeting of members of such a cooperative. The garage should not be recognized as an unauthorized building.
- In November 2021, by decision of the Voronezh Regional Duma, the list of documents on the basis of which garages can be legalized was expanded. Now it is also possible to issue the right of ownership by an order for obtaining an apartment, if it mentions the technical data of the house and the land plot with a garage. Such documents were in circulation before the entry into force of the Town Planning Code, - added the head of the department of property and land relations of the region Sergey Yusupov.
