Natalya Zelenova, Leading Consultant of the Department of the State Autonomous Institution "Employment Center of the Tyumen Region for the City of Ishim and the Ishim District" noted that the Ishim RNU and the Employment Center are carrying out fruitful joint work, the main goal of which is to support people with disabilities, promote their employment, and also help in their socialization and adaptation.
Sergey Anoshkin, Deputy Director for Human Resources and General Affairs of Transneft Western Siberia JSC, emphasized that the branch of the oil pipeline enterprise takes a responsible approach to fulfilling the requirements of federal labor legislation on quotas for places for disabled people. "As part of the selection of candidates, representatives of the Ishim Regional National University took part in specialized job fairs. To date, the branch has created 14 quota jobs for the position of "technician". In total, 126 jobs for people with disabilities have been opened in six regions of Transneft Western Siberia's presence. health opportunities at the expense of the quota," he said.
Special working conditions are created for employees, a reduced working day is provided for from 3 to 4 hours, depending on the group of disability and disease. At the same time, employees in quota places have a full package of social guarantees provided for by the collective agreement of the enterprise.
In addition, in the Omsk region, JSC Transneft-Western Siberia finances the creation of jobs in third-party public organizations - societies for the disabled. In 2021, the company allocated more than 9 million rubles for these purposes.
Support for people with disabilities is also carried out as part of the charitable activities of the joint-stock company. With the support of Transneft-Western Siberia JSC, last year the quarantine department and isolation ward were repaired in the Specialized Orphanage in Omsk. This institution brings up children with special mental and physical development. In the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Novosibirsk Region, the enterprise provided assistance in organizing festive events for disabled children and purchasing New Year's gifts.
