The Russian Ministry of Defense has published footage of the return of tanks from exercises in western Russia, RIA Novosti reports.

The footage shows that combat vehicles in the convoy are leaving the site of the exercises - one of the tank training grounds. Their movement is led by military traffic controllers.

The Allied Resolve-2022 exercises are being held at five Belarusian military training grounds (Domanovsky, Gozhsky, Obuz-Lesnovsky, Brest and Osipovichsky) and in separate areas of the area. The number of military and weapons participating in the exercises is not disclosed.

Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, Major General Igor Konashenkov, said that the troops of the Southern and Western military districts had completed exercises in western Russia and Belarus and were returning to their garrisons.

According to him, the units that have completed their combat missions are already being loaded onto rail and road transport. At the same time, part of the units will go to the places of permanent deployment on their own, as part of military columns.
