Russia (bbabo.net), - The concentration of Ukrainian troops on the line of contact in the Donbass gives reason to fear a military operation by Kiev, Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, told reporters.

"The attention of our interlocutors is drawn in every possible way to this dangerous concentration and the attention of our interlocutors is drawn to the fact that a military operation and an attempt to use force to resolve problems in the southeast (Ukraine) are quite likely," he said at a briefing on Wednesday.

“Such a probability is high, it is real, and, unfortunately, all of us, the whole world have already witnessed that Kiev started a military operation in the Donbass, that is, started a civil war in its own country,” said Dmitry Peskov.

Peskov also stated that despite the efforts of international diplomacy, tension remains high between Moscow and Kiev, and the likelihood of Ukraine attacking the LPR and DPR is not decreasing.
