Russia (bbabo.net), - The Chamber of Control and Accounts (CAC) of the Novosibirsk Region will analyze the implementation of the concession agreement for the construction of seven clinics in Novosibirsk. The corresponding order was given by the committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region on budgetary, financial and economic policy and property.

At the last session of the regional parliament, one of the key issues was the implementation of the concession agreement. The deputies were interested in the growth in the cost of construction of medical facilities and the protracted terms of work. Thus, the construction of four out of seven polyclinics has not yet begun.

- First Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Assembly Andrey Borisovich Panferov sent a request for the submission of documents on the concession. We haven't received them yet. It seems that it would be right to involve the Chamber of Control and Accounts and its resources in order to objectively study the issue, - said Irina Didenko, deputy chairman of the budget committee, at a meeting of the budget committee.

Committee Chairman Fyodor Nikolaev confirmed that the conclusion of the PCB is necessary for deputies to fully understand the issue.

- We want to see the legal acts of concluded or newly concluded agreements on public-private partnership, as well as the nature of the changes being made. The deadlines for verification will be given to us by the KSP when it makes adjustments to its work schedule, - Fedor Nikolaev set the task.

As Yelena Goncharova, Chairman of the Chamber of Control and Accounts, emphasized, the legislation allows making changes to the already formed work plan of the PCB.
