Russia - Omsk region exceeded the plan for the number of self-employed by one and a half times

Russia (bbabo.net), - The Omsk region exceeded the plan for the number of self-employed by one and a half times, reaching the target for 2024. More than 45 thousand Omsk residents have already received this status, who in 2021 paid over ninety million rubles in taxes to the regional budget.

The authorities are confident that a convenient tax regime, as well as state support measures, helped to withdraw such a number of entrepreneurs from the shadow sector during the period of restrictive measures related to the pandemic.

- Special microloan programs have become available to the self-employed. They enjoy property support, preferential loans, various promotion tools. Receive free consulting and legal assistance. They participate in educational programs, competitions and exhibitions, - lists the regional Minister of Economy Anna Negoduiko. - In March, Omsk will host the Third Interregional Forum Busy Himself, which will also help implement the national project.

Self-employed Omsk residents mainly work in the field of transport services, trade, tutoring, production of popular goods, as well as in the beauty industry. At the same time, many study at the school of social entrepreneurship. And in the regional business incubator, they make up half of the residents of the new set.

In total, the business incubator accepted fourteen new residents. A dozen more entrepreneurs interact with the structure online. Entrepreneurs are comfortable here - the city center, full technical security, a package of benefits. According to the director of the institution, Viktor Sobolev, in 2021, residents saved more than three million rubles on rent alone. There is enough time to raise your business: the incubation period is three years.

Among the self-employed there are many people with solid work experience. For example, Olga Artyukhina worked for twenty years in a large state structure. But she decided to open her own business in order to focus on protecting the interests of entrepreneurs, including in court.

Anastasia Eshkova creates a creative studio "Dialogue", which promotes online projects of women entrepreneurs. A young IT specialist Olga Palushkina intends to develop a convenient and simple search engine that will enable students and graduate students to navigate freely in a vast educational space. She, along with classmates, began doing this while still at the university.

Becoming a resident of an incubator is not easy. Sergei Zhuchkov, for example, passed the competition only the third time. True, he didn't waste any time.

“My hobby has grown into an entrepreneurial spirit,” he says. - I made a bet on the original equipment for hunters. The industry produces universal cases for small arms, but it is constantly being improved, and it is difficult to find suitable equipment and accessories. I decided to fill this gap, developed a line of forty types of products, opened a workshop. I send orders to different parts of the country, I'm going to look for clients in the near abroad. In the Omsk center "My business" they promise to help me with this.

The entrepreneur admits that if things go as he plans, he will have to assemble a team and give up his status as self-employed.

The business incubator helps the regional Ministry of Labor hold a competition among entrepreneurs for grants in the amount of 250 thousand rubles. In 2021, experts helped draw up almost 300 business plans. This year the cooperation will continue.
