Lukashenka urged the West to admit its mistake

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko called on the West to calm down and admit the fallacy of their statements about the impending “invasion” of Russia into Ukraine, RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.

The United States reproaches Russia and Belarus for preparing an offensive, while there are neither Russian nor Belarusian armed forces in Canada or Mexico, the Belarusian president said.

At the same time, he recalled that NATO troops are stationed in Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, and Western "specialists" are working in Ukraine.

“You accused Russia, Belarus that we would invade Ukraine yesterday. Didn't invade. Your intelligence and the billions of dollars you spend are worthless. At least admit it,” Lukashenka said.

As the Belarusian president noted earlier, he will be the eternal president if the West does not stop attacking his country.

On February 17, Lukashenka arrived at the training ground, where joint exercises with Russia are being held.
