He also stressed that the likelihood of Russia's "invasion" of Ukraine is "very high", since Russia "did not withdraw" its troops and transferred more forces, which indicates the readiness of the Russian Federation to "attack Ukraine." According to him, there is reason to believe that Russia is involved in actions of a "provocative nature."

Earlier, the Pentagon reported that Russia was filming a fake video of an “attack” by Ukrainian troops on it in order to have a “pretext” for a “retaliatory invasion.”

According to Pentagon spokesman John Kirby, the video shows scenes of "a staged mock explosion with corpses, actors pretending to mourn, and images of destroyed locations and military equipment."

Also, the Western media called the dates of the upcoming "invasion". So, Politico claims that this can happen after February 20, although before that, referring to Biden’s statement and intelligence provided by him, he wrote that the “invasion” of Ukraine would begin on February 16.

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, commenting on these reports, called on the Western media to announce the schedule of Russian "invasions".
