The head of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), Leonid Pasechnik, called on all men capable of holding weapons in their hands to stand up for the republic. His words are reported by the Luhansk information center.

“Once again I appeal to all men who are able to hold weapons in their hands, stand up for their land,” he said.

Earlier, the head of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic called on citizens to evacuate to Russia. Pasechnyk's appeal was published by the Luhansk Information Center.

According to him, the Ukrainian army has formed an impressive strike force and, according to intelligence, plans to organize a "deep breakthrough."

Prior to this, the people's militia of the LPR recorded the arrival of foreign media in the part of Donbass controlled by Kiev.
