Russia (bbabo.net) - Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko began talks in the Kremlin on Friday. The meeting takes place without covid restrictions.

"Did you give up the PCR?" Putin asked his Belarusian counterpart, after which he hugged him warmly.

The President noted that he and the Belarusian President are in regular contact. "But since this is the first meeting this year, of course, I would like to say that last year was quite productive for us," the Russian President said, starting negotiations.

Putin stressed that Moscow and Minsk made significant progress in creating the Union State last year. "Our colleagues have worked hard, 28 programs have prepared good ones. Development has been going on for a long time in many of these areas," the President of the Russian Federation said.
