At about six in the evening, the owner of the GAZ car parked near the store for several minutes. Having loaded the goods and approached the car, he found a man driving, who pressed the gas pedal and drove away in an unknown direction.

After 15 minutes, the offender left the stolen car in the store's parking lot and got into a Lada car. As in the first case, the keys to the domestic passenger car were in the ignition, and the doors were open. The hijacker lost control, collided with a metal fence and left the scene of the accident. Later, traffic police officers detained a 55-year-old suspect. He was reported to have been drunk.

The State traffic inspectorate recalled that in accordance with clause 12.8 of the SDA, you can leave your vehicle only if measures have been taken to prevent its spontaneous movement or use in the absence of a driver. Administrative responsibility is provided in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 12.19 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - a fine of 500 rubles.
